Helpline: When people call us they generally need help right away, our team is currently working on improving our call handling processes, this will mean that you should get through to the right person more quickly.
Receptionists: we have many people visiting our best life buildings everyday. when they get there they should receive a warm welcome and get the help they need quickly. Our Team are working hard to ensure that our receptions provide a full service.
Room Hire: Organisation hire our rooms for meetings, training and counselling, we are working hard to make sure that booking a room is easy and our service is first class.
Apprenticeships: We have introduced an apprenticeship scheme within our business team, Working with our partner Gen2 we have taken on several new team members who will have the opportunity to learn from our skilled and professional team.
