This award recognises the systems and performance measures in place to make sure we are producing a quality service. Every year the team work together to improve and develop our quality management systems.
Here at People First we are dedicated to ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Every customer has the opportunity to share their feedback. We want to check they are happy with the service they have received, and hear what they feel can be improved next time. We believe working collaboratively will help us to shape the services that people want and need.
Our monthly quality report is then shared with staff to help them understand what our customers think. We strive to listen, learn and grow from what people tell us.
We want our customers to:
- Feel confident to use our service;
- Feel satisfied their needs are met; and
- Feel that they are treated with dignity and respect throughout every step of the process.
